A MYSTICAL ISLAND FULL OF LEGENDS

This wedding brought me to Sicily for the first time, and right after landing – just a few breaths of the island’s air – I knew it wouldn’t be my last visit.

Sicily also has its famous symbol, the Trinacria, which is linked to legends. The Trinacria features the head of Medusa surrounded by three bent legs, representing the three corners of the island. According to mythology, the Trinacria symbolizes the perfect harmony and balance of the island, where three seas (the Tyrrhenian, Ionian, and Mediterranean) meet.

Italy is the perfect wedding destination for those who love sunny days, sparkling seas, and incredibly delicious food.

PRE-WEDDING DAY

This wedding took place near Palermo, and the time spent with family and guests lasted for several days. On the first day, everyone gathered at a nearby beach to greet each other and get to know one another. Refreshments were served at a nearby bistro, along with Sangria and Prosecco.

On a golden afternoon, a beautiful ceremony unfolded at the stunning Almar Hotel. One of its many advantages is its convenient location—just 40 minutes from Trapani Airport, making it easily accessible for you and your guests.
The hotel’s exceptional planner, Joy, ensures every detail is flawless (I have her contact and will be happy to share!). The ceremony was especially heartfelt, as the bride’s father, a pastor, led the vows with a deeply moving speech that made the moment even more emotional.
After a short photo session, the celebration continued with a relaxed reception—refreshing drinks, a multi-course Sicilian feast, heartfelt speeches, and, of course, the cake cutting. The newlyweds shared their first dance, setting the stage for an unforgettable party under the Sicilian sky.

The day after the wedding we all had a day off to rest and the next day we had a joint wedding photoshoot. We went to the town of Mazzara del Vallo and took wedding photos in the historic center.
